Dad made it into many Moroccan households on his trip. Here is with Abdel Karim's inlaws. They are gathered around a small grill smoking out the kitchen with lamb kabobs. Dad also ate liver wrapped in fat, as well as all other types of Moroccan cuisine.

How old are the ruins? probably not too old since it's probably a lot of mud brick...or so it looks like.
